Right of Withdrawal & Withdrawal Form

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal as outlined below. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

A. Right of Withdrawal

Right to Withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ugur Akcicek, BOUM sports, Laarmannshof 30, 45883 Gelsenkirchen, Germany, Email: contact.boumsports@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract with a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although it is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

We will bear the cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusions or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and that require an individual choice or decision by the consumer or are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.

General Notes

1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. If possible, return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a requirement for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
